Directions to the Indianapolis Plant

  1. Exit I-65 at Exit #109 (Raymond Street Exit).
  2. You can contact the Test Trailer on CB Channel 16.
  3. Go west on Raymond Street.
  4. Cross the White River.
  5. Immediately turn north (right) on the White River Parkway.
  6. If you see trucks in the lot, get in line.
    • Waxy trucks on north side of barricade
    • Regular and Amylose trucks on south side of barricade
  7. Proceed under railroad bridge to Test Trailer and Probe.
    • Waxy trucks on south side of barricade
    • Regular and Amylose trucks on north side of Test Trailer

 

 
Directions to the Indianapolis Agribusiness Office

  1. Take I-465 on the northwest side of Indianapolis to Exit #21 (73rd Street).
  2. At the light continue straight on 73rd Street.
  3. Turn left onto Zionsville Road.
  4. Turn right on 74th Street.
  5. Make an immediate right into the first parking lot.  Ingredion has two doors facing 74th Street.  Please enter the west door and check in at the front desk.

Directions to the North Kansas City (NKC) PLant
 
The NKC plant is easy to find, located just West of I-29 off Bedford Ave just before you cross the Missouri River going South on Interstate 29.
 

  1. South on Interstate 29 to the Levee Road exit.
  2. At the exit, circle under the Interstate to your left.
  3. Take the first left after passing the on-ramp to I-29 North.  This will be Macon Street.
  4. Follow Macon St. north for about three blocks to the stop sign.
  5. At the stop sign, turn left on Bedford Ave.
  6. Follow Bedford Ave. for about four blocks, Ingredion's entrance is on your left.  DO NOT CROSS THE RAIL CROSSING WITH MULTIPLE TRACKS.

On approaching the entrance to the scale area:
 
If there is a line at the scale - proceed directly west into the truck stagin area.  Pull on the scales when instructed to.
 
After pulling on the scales, enter the guard station and identify whose corn you are hauling, the corn type, and follow the instructions from the security guard regarding plant safety procedures and routes.
 
At the Grade Station:
 
Pullunder the probe and allow the graders to sample your truck.
 
After your truck sample has been screened, you will be told to proceed or return to the security station at the scales.
 
The security station monitors Channel 14 on your CB radio, if you need to contact them for directions or if problems arise while you are in the plant area.
